new Studio/gallery delayed, no more work has been done on the building for the past 3 weeks due to the weather firstly the gales and now snow and frost, I’ll be very lucky to have it open before Christmas now , very disappointing

I doubt if many people have been to see the Brigantia Exhibition at the Dales Centre this weekend , as Danby has been cut off by the snow, I may have trouble getting there on Tuesday to collect my work !

Oeco a firm from Ripon North Yorks are going to start building my Garden room/Studio and Gallery tomorrow, Have waited over 2 months for the planning consent to come through, so plans have been on hold for a long time , but it is really exciting that things are starting to move now .
The Studio should be ready for use in December, so I am planning an opening event early December, hopefully Saturday 4th late pm would seem to be a good time , but I would appreciate some feedback on this.
I will be open to visitors to the Studio every afternoon through December and January including over the festive season. so I hope loys of you will come along and have a glass of wine and a mince pie through Dec and over the Holidays

Had a quiet week so far doing pencil drawings , very relaxing after the all action weekend with the kids, though we’ve been out on the bikes for short rides each evening,
Looking forward to the Darlington 4Network meeting in the morning at their new venue,Walworth Castle, sounds good and the breakfasts are great so I’ve been told

this is the bogie train Henry upfront and Natasha the engine behind , just arrived last friday , Mother took this photo on our maiden run, had so much fun on it already.
Natasha 31/2 yrs can already cycle without stabilisers, taught her in the park 2 months ago , only took a week , now can set off and dismount all on her own.I feel they are safer on the bogietrain cycling on the roads, we’re saving their own bikes for the park and cycle only routes,
